In residence
Martin comes to you. He’ll help with the space and equipment if there isn’t yet a setup. Your schedule, your condition, your week. Two to three sessions weekly. Six-month minimum. For those who are done starting over.
The approach
Martin Ebner works with people who expect more - from their bodies, from their days, and from the select few they let into their world. Fifteen years in. His specialty is strength. His strength is helping people fall in love with the process.
For people who have tried before, classes, programmes, other trainers, and for whom it never quite stuck. Martin makes training work.
Anyone can take you through a workout. The work is getting you into it, and raring for the next one.
Before every session, Martin asks how you are. How you’ve slept. How excited you are to train. He asks because he wants to know, and because your answers shape the workout that follows. Then you get into it.
Martin’s training principles are simple. Strength that builds, week by week. Safety in every movement. Quality that doesn’t drop, session to session.
Aesthetics is one reason to train, but rarely is it enough. The clients who last are training for strength. For health. For decades, not weeks.
Barcelona based. Available occasionally beyond it. A select few, on purpose.
How it works
Two ways of working. Different clients, different needs. Never both at once.
Martin comes to you. He’ll help with the space and equipment if there isn’t yet a setup. Your schedule, your condition, your week. Two to three sessions weekly. Six-month minimum. For those who are done starting over.
Yours alone. Martin trains you wherever you are - at home, on tour, on business, on holiday. Or online, when in person isn’t possible. As often as you need. Twelve-month minimum. For those whose lives move constantly and need someone who moves with them. Uncompromising, always.
